HSFB: Lowco First Down — Week 8

A couple of title fights topped the bill on a 10-game slate of high school football games around the Lowco in Week 8. May River knocked off Beaufort High in a heavyweight clash in Region 7-4A, and Thomas Heyward essentially assured it will retain its SCISA Region 1-1A title with a romp over St. John’s Christian. Plus, the Seahawks retain the Bridge Bowl trophy, and Beaufort Academy stayed on track for a region title clash with Hilton Head Christian Academy next week.
