Porter-Gaud won the gold division title and placed three players on the all-tournament team at the Island Bash volleyball tournament hosted by Hilton Head Island High School over the weekend.
The Cyclones defeated Savannah Christian Prep in the gold division final, with Woodmont and South Aiken making the gold semifinals.
Hilton Head High was the silver division runner-up, losing to Aiken in the finals, while Glynn Academy and Ashley Ridge made the silver final.
Beaufort High won the bronze division title, defeating Bluffton in the final. Battery Creek and May River were the other bronze semifinalists.
Tournament MVP Priyanka Fernandes and all-tournament team members Anna Rhett Allen and Sammy Roskill led Porter-Gaud. Savannah Christian Prep’s Sam Zittrauer and Adrianna Simon, Woodmont’s Katie Costin, South Aiken’s Natalie Bolen, and Aiken’s Madie Jones rounded out the all-tournament team.
