Alexia Milbrandt earned medalist honors with an even-par 36 over nine holes, eight shots clear of teammate Eliza Jane Coulter.
Anna LaPour shot 49 to lead Bluffton (216) to a runner-up finish, while Beaufort High (257) was third, and James Island (267) was fourth.
