While you’re watching the big game, take a moment to check out these big-time performances from this week’s RBC Heritage High School Basketball Player of the Week nominees.
As you can see from the fact that two girls and four boys averaged at least 20 points per game this week, some folks are bringing it as the regular-season winds down.
Cast your vote before the polls close at 6 p.m. Monday!

Why can’t the player with the best record for the week be the player of the week? I believe Rashamel Butler has been nominated for more than 3 times but his school is unable to vote for him for some odd reason. The students and staff have computers but complain about not being able to vote.
I understand you’ve had trouble voting at the school. Unfortunately I don’t understand why and don’t see any reason on my end. The true honor is in being nominated – the voting is just a fun popularity contest, if you will.
