Beaufort High girls soccer ended its season on a high note with a 1-0 win at May River on Thursday.
Anna Brown scored the lone goal of the evening in a defensive struggle.
Lexi Jones and Molly Smith anchored the excellent showing from Beaufort’s back line, and Quinn Wilson continued her outstanding play in goal to earn the clean sheet.
Beaufort finishes the season 7-7-1 overall and fourth in Region 7-4A with a 6-6 mark. The Sharks finish the season 2-11 overall and 1-8 in region play.
