Bluffton scored 18 unanswered runs after falling behind early to claim an 18-2 victory over visiting Hilton Head High on Monday.
The Seahawks led 2-0 entering the bottom of the second, but the Bobcats plated eight runs in the second and added 10 in the third to break it open.
Jayla Quick had two triples, Katey Ryan added a triple, and Sydnee Poliquin had two hits to lead the Bobcats at the plate.
Parker Ray earned the win, allowing four hits and striking out two in a five-inning complete game.
The Bobcats (3-4 in Region 7-4A) travel to Hilton Head (0-7 region) for the second game of the series Wednesday.
