Hilton Head High claimed a 5-1 win over Beaufort High in a clash of the top two boys’ tennis teams in Region 8-4A on Tuesday.
The Seahawks won the top four singles matches and the only contested doubles match to bounce back from their first loss of the season Monday against St. Charles East (Ill.) and remain undefeated in region play.
Beaufort (8-4, 4-1) travels to Berkeley for a region match at 4:30 p.m. Wednesday. Hilton Head High (7-1, 5-0) hosts Berkeley at 4:30 p.m. Thursday.
