Beaufort High’s girls locked up a playoff spot with a 40-15 win over visiting Hilton Head High on Thursday.
Brittany Linton scored 13 points and Jhaniya Lynch added 10 to lead the Eagles on Senior Night. Kristen Fielding scored four points to lead the Seahawks (4-18, 1-9).
The Eagles (10-12, 4-6) will open the Class 4A playoffs on the road Tuesday.
