The Hilton Head Christian Academy girls basketball team suffered its first loss of the season Thursday, falling 40-30 to GISA power Pinewood Christian at the Lady Gator Classic in Statesboro, Ga.
Brielle McCarthy and Jossie Frazier scored 12 points apiece to lead the Eagles.
HHCA (1-1) is back in action Nov. 28 at Savannah Christian.
