Hilton Head Island High School’s boys and May River High School’s girls came out on top of a six-team dual meet between area swim teams Thursday at the Bluffton Indoor Pool.
The Seahawks’ boys and the Sharks’ girls each went 5-0 on the day and claimed two of the three relays, while May River’s boys and HHIHS’ girls each went 4-1.
Bluffton’s Samuel Schwabauer (50 free, 100 breast), HHIHS’ Meaghan Lyons (200 IM, 100 breast) and Tommy Hughson (200 IM, 500 free), and Heritage Academy’s Chloe Corbitt (200 free, 100 fly) and Noah Corbitt (200 free, 100 free) each won two individual events.

Great Report! Both Bluffton and MayRiver graduated many seniors off last year for both teams. Going to be and interesting season with so many younger swimmers moving up in rank to fill the gaps.
