Colleton County boys basketball broke out at the offensive end and cruised to an 82-50 home win over Bluffton on Friday to snap a six-game skid.

Deshaun Blocker had a huge night with 29 points, 11 rebounds, five assists, and four steals to lead a terrific offensive output. Brian Hamilton added 14 points, five boards, and seven assists, and Adam Buckner contributed 13 points and nine rebounds for the Cougars.
Colleton was up by 13 after one quarter and pushed the margin to 48-33 at halftime before holding the Bobcats to 17 second-half points to pull away.
Jaylin Linder scored 19 points and DJ Aiken added eight for the Bobcats.
CCHS (6-13, 2-9) hosts Beaufort High on Tuesday, while Bluffton (4-14, 0-9) hosts James Island on Tuesday.
