Hilton Head Christian Academy boys basketball picked up its second straight win with a 60-21 region victory at Holy Trinity on Tuesday.
It was the first game since Dec. 17 for the Mighty Lions, who were off to a strong start before losing star Levi Dyer to a season-ending knee injury, and the Eagles were able to expose their rust from the start.
Isaiah Anderson scored 16 points to lead a balanced effort for HHCA, which was able to sub deep into its rotation. Senior reserve Chris Brino scored all of his 11 points in the fourth quarter, Riley Shinn added eight points, and Qayden Turner had seven for the Eagles.
HHCA (5-9, 2-4) travels to Colleton Prep for another region matchup Friday. Holy Trinity (3-10, 0-3) is scheduled to play at Beaufort Academy on Friday.
