Bluffton girls tennis swept to its first Region 7-4A win with a 6-0 victory over Beaufort High on Thursday.
The Bobcats won four of the six matches in straight sets and outlasted the Eagles in a pair of three-set thrillers after dropping the opening set to finish off the sweep.
Bluffton (5-4, 1-3) travels to region power Lucy Beckham on Friday. The Eagles are back in action Thursday, hosting James Island.
