Beaufort High baseball smacked three home runs in a non-region road win Thursday, winning 4-1 at Hanahan.
Wes Graves tossed a two-hitter, and Rhogue Wallace, Ollie Holmes, and Josh Denton all blasted home runs to lead the Eagles.
Graves struck out six and allowed one run on two hits with five walks in a complete game.
The Hawks opened the scoring in the third, when two walks set the table for Luke Blankenship’s RBI single, but Holmes launched one to left to tie it in the top of the fourth.
Denton led off the fifth with a blast to right to give the Eagles the lead, and Wallace mashed a two-run shot to right in the sixth after William Winburn led off the inning with a single.
The Eagles (11-8) host Battery Creek on May 10 to open a home-and-home set between the crosstown rivals.
