It was tied at 12 after a quarter and the Bengals led 26-24 at halftime before Bluffton got going. Eastham got it rolling with a three-pointer, setting off a seven-point quarter for the senior, and Linder and DJ Aiken each added four in the quarter as the Bobcats locked down on defense and surged ahead 43-31.

Lucy Beckham never challenged again, as Linder poured in seven points in the final quarter and Bluffton went 8-of-11 from the foul line down the stretch to seal it.

Aiken and Tre Brown each added eight points, and Kylan Simmons had seven for Bluffton. AJ Kut and Thomas Oppold scored 10 points apiece to lead the Bengals.

Bluffton (3-7, 2-7) will be the No. 5 seed in the Region 7-4A tournament and travel to No. 4 Beaufort High for a first-round game Friday. The winner will travel to top-seeded Hilton Head High for a semifinal matchup Monday.
