HSVB: HHCA splits two matches in Savannah

Hilton Head Christian Academy volleyball split a tri-match Thursday at Calvary Day in Savannah, falling to the host Cavaliers but defeating Glynn Academy.

The Eagles couldn’t keep up with the Georgia state power Cavs, who rolled to a 2-0 (25-12, 25-14) victory. Kate Booth and Abby Peduzzi each had five kills and Anna Scott added three for HHCA.

HS VOLLEYBALL COVERAGE PRESENTED BY

HHCA bounced back with a 2-1 (25-22, 13-25, 15-8) win over the Raiders, as Peduzzi racked up 12 kills, Booth added eight kills and three digs, and Amelia Auld dished out 21 assists. 

HHCA (5-8) hosts Savannah Country Day for a non-region match at 5:30 p.m. Monday.
