Hilton Head Christian Academy’s boys were able to contain Bethesda Academy for a quarter, but the visiting Blazers eventually pulled away from the Eagles for a 61-38 win Tuesday.
The Eagles led 10-6 after one quarter and held Bethesda star Robert Moore to two points in the period, but the Blazers outscored the Eagles 20-2 in the second quarter and cruised from there.
Isaiah Anderson scored 10 points and Jace Blackshear added eight to lead the Eagles, but HHCA had no answer for Moore, who finished with 27 points after the slow start.
