Hilton Head Christian Academy’s girls pulled out a hard-fought road win with a 60-58 overtime victory at Calvary Day on Thursday.
The Eagles were up 34-27 at halftime before the Cavaliers caught fire in the second half and hit seven 3-pointers to pull even and force overtime. HHCA hit eight of 10 from the foul line in the extra period to seal the win.
Dior Shelton and Jasmine Campbell led the way with 15 points each for the Eagles, while Mary Yanker added 12 points — 10 in the first quarter — and Skylar Smith chipped in with 10.
