HS Soccer: Seahawk Boys Shut Out HHCA

Nick Kabiri scored a pair of goals and Luis Reyes made eight saves to post a clean sheet as Hilton Head High’s boys defeated visiting Hilton Head Christian Academy 3-0 on Friday.

Kabiri opened the scoring with a goal off a corner kick in the 32nd minute and found the back of the net a few minutes later for a 2-0 halftime lead. Zach Chisolm added a goal for the Seahawks in the second half. John Risley, Gabe Lezcano, and Matu Lugioratto each had assists for HHIHS.

Lukas O’Grady kept the Eagles in the match with eight saves.

HHIHS (3-2) is off until opening region play at Beaufort High on March 26. HHCA (4-1) travels to Benedictine on Tuesday.
