HSBB: HHIHS Boys Fall To Mustangs, Lose Molloy For Season

Hilton Head High’s boys lost the game — and their top player — Saturday in a 57-47 loss at South Effingham (Ga.).

With an early lead in the first quarter, Seahawks standout Davis Molloy was fouled from behind on a breakaway and suffered a broken wrist that will end his senior season.

Dean Seelbach led the Seahawks with 11 points, while Gaston Moore added nine and Sam Rougeaux scored eight.

Chase Warren scored 20 points, Tyrese Everett added 14, and Matthew Calloway had 13 to lead the Mustangs.

HHIHS (1-2) travels to Richmond Hill (Ga.) on Tuesday.
