John Paul II’s girls stayed undefeated in region play with a 10-1 win over Charleston Collegiate on Wednesday.
The Sun Devils scored an early goal for a 1-0 lead, but Katie Leigh Floyd answered with two quick goals and it was all Golden Warriors from that point on.
Floyd scored five goals, and McKenna Byrne, Yndia Kessinger, Brianna Riley, Alondra Hurtado, and Abby Quinty added one apiece. Quinty and Gianna Torinese split time in goal for the Golden Warriors.
JPII (5-4, 4-0) travels to Hilton Head Christian Academy for a non-region match at 4 p.m. Monday.
