HS Softball: Gleason Powers Sharks Past Bobcats

Kylee Gleason went 3-for-4 with a home run, four runs, and three RBIs as May River softball won 15-1 in the first of a three-game series against rival Bluffton on Monday.

Hannah Manley was 2-for-2 with a double, two runs, and two RBIs for the Sharks, who broke it open with an eight-run second inning.

Gabby Ximenez struck out seven in a five-inning complete game to earn the win.

The series continues at 6:30 p.m. Wednesday at Bluffton.
