Beaufort High’s girls held off a second-half surge from Hilton Head High for a 32-21 victory Tuesday.
Brittany Linton scored nine points, Darien Watkins had seven, and Jahniya Lynch added six to lead the Eagles in the defensive struggle.
Miley Ray paced the Seahawks with eight points.
Beaufort (9-8, 3-2) hosts Stall on Friday, while Hilton Head High (3-14, 0-5) travels to Berkeley.
