HSBB: Rally Falls Shorts For JPII Girls

The John Paul II girls basketball team trimmed a 17-point deficit to eight but couldn’t close the gap in a 58-46 loss at St. Vincent’s Academy on Monday.

Tkai DeVore had a huge night with 28 points, 12 rebounds, five blocks, and three steals and went 10-for-10 from the foul line to lead the Golden Warriors. Ayannah Thompson added six points and eight rebounds, and Jasmine Hamilton scored seven points.

JPII (2-2) plays at Memorial Day in Savannah on Thursday.
