Whale Branch boys basketball picked up another region road win Wednesday, beating Palmetto Scholars 54-44 in a game postponed from Friday.
Jashaun Gillison scored 14 points to lead three Warriors in double digits, as Queshawn Fields added 12, and AJ Singleton had 11.
Dezmon Mathis scored 12 points to lead the Phoenix.
The Warriors (12-6, 8-1) host St. John’s for another Region 7-1A battle Tuesday.
