Hilton Head Prep girls basketball secured a convincing road win Thursday, beating fellow SCISA 3A foe Ashley Hall 50-10.
The Dolphins came out strong in the first quarter, outscoring the Panthers 21-0 in the opening period. Prep extended the lead to 36-2 by halftime and coasted in the second half.
Courtney Campbell collected 12 points and four assists, and Ella Clark added 12 points, five rebounds, and four steals to lead the Dolphins. Katie Campbell contributed five steals and five assists, Emma Moore had 11 rebounds, and Haylee Hopman had four steals for HHP.
HHP (8-5, 1-2) was scheduled to play at John Paul II on Friday, but all area games have been postponed due to expected inclement weather. The Dolphins host Thomas Heyward in a region matchup Tuesday.
