Colleton County boys basketball suffered its first loss of the season Friday, falling 63-45 at home to Woodland.
Mykeem Gant scored 16 points for the Cougars, but the rest of the offense had a tough night as Colleton fell behind 34-20 at halftime and couldn’t make up the margin.
Jahmari Washington added seven points, and Kenny Hand had six for the Cougars.
Colleton County (1-1) travels to Battery Creek on Saturday.
