Holy Trinity volleyball breezed to a 3-0 sweep of visiting Bridges Prep in a crosstown clash Monday in Beaufort.
The Mighty Lions roared to a 25-13, 25-14, 25-6 victory to sweep the season series from the Buccaneers. Freshman Emily Ruth Wilson had a huge night for Holy Trinity, racking up 12 kills to go with seven digs and three aces.
Senior libero Rachel Cain picked up a team-best 13 digs for the Lions, while sophomore Grace Brubeck dished out 18 assists paired with two aces and five digs.
Holy Trinity (4-7-1) hosts Step of Faith on Thursday.
