Hilton Head Prep girls tennis remained unbeaten with a 5-2 home win over John Paul II on Tuesday.
The Golden Warriors picked up wins from Trice McClure at No. 1 and Alexa Eaddy at No. 6, but the Dolphins’ depth in the middle of the lineup carried the day. Maria Hermann, Emma Moore, Molly Rankin, and Mika Shimada each won in straight sets, and Lily Perez and Paige Sriubas won a tough 8-6 decision in the only contested doubles match.
Both teams are back in action Thursday, as HHP (4-0) travels to Beaufort Academy and JPII (1-2) hosts Colleton Prep at Berkeley Hall.
