Luke Foley tossed his second consecutive perfect game — albeit a two-inning affair — as Hilton Head Prep blanked John Paul II 22-0 on Saturday in Hardeeville.
Foley struck out four of the six batters he faced, needing just 22 pitches while the Dolphins put up the same number of runs to back him.
HHP scored seven times in the first and exploded for 15 in the second, racking up 15 hits, including 10 that went for extra bases.
Jaiden Hrobar was 2-for-3 with two doubles and four RBIs, and Harrison Green kept up his hot streak, going 2-for-3 with two doubles and three RBIs. Reese Malon also had a pair of doubles and scored three times; Steele Burd was 2-for-2 with a double, two RBIs, and three runs; and Tommy Stauffer and Phoenix Betancourt each had a double among their two hits. Foley drove in two with a triple, and Payce Gartner added two RBIs.
The Dolphins (10-0, 4-0) travel to Beaufort Academy for a region matchup Monday.
JPII (2-4, 2-2) hosts region rival Colleton Prep on Monday.
