HSBBB: JPII shows off depth in win vs. AJA

Five players scored in double-digits Tuesday to lead John Paul II’s boys to a 75-58 home win over Andrew Jackson, last year’s SCISA 1A state runner-up.

Mark Knight led the barrage with 22 points, six assists, and six rebounds for the Golden Warriors, while Austin McIntosh added 14 points, five boards, and three steals.

Jeremiah Young scored 11 points, and Christian Tilton and Malone Kinard-Huisinger each added 10 to showcase JPII’s depth. 

JPII (2-0) travels to Charleston Collegiate on Thursday.
