HSBBB: Warriors win ugly in opener at Estill

Whale Branch’s boys began their reloading project with a 50-37 road win over Estill on Tuesday.

After graduating four seniors off last year’s Class 2A runner-up team, the new-look Warriors had to win ugly in their opener. They raced out to a 19-10 lead after one quarter and used a solid defensive effort to hold off the Gators.
