The Whale Branch boys wrapped up the Region 5-2A title with a dominant 62-23 home win over Allendale-Fairfax on Friday, avenging a short-handed loss to the Tigers earlier this season.
The Warriors were stunned on the road in the first meeting, but they played that game without star big man Nick Pringle. It was a different story in the rematch, as Shemar Williams scored 17 points, Pringle and Javon Hogue added 13 apiece, and Shawn Chisolm had 10 in a blowout win.
