Whale Branch wrestling started its season with three victories Wednesday night.
The Warriors defeated Cross (27-3), St. John’s (30-6), and Colleton Prep (18-0).
Makhi Redd (120), Richard Parker (138), Jakari Wright (152), and Zakariya Williams (195) all went 3-0 with two pins for the Warriors. Carlos Morales (160) was 2-1 with a pin, and Christian Jenkins (220) was 1-1.
