John Paul II’s boys opened their season with a 62-26 home win over Bridges Prep on Wednesday.
Jeremiah Young poured in 21 points and dished out five assists to lead the Golden Warriors, while Mark Knight added 18 points and five steals.
Colton Doran led Bridges with 12 points.
JPII (1-0) hosts Habersham School at 7:30 p.m. Friday.
