Two May River softball standouts signed National Letters of Intent on Wednesday to continue their careers at the collegiate level.
Star shortstop Kylee Gleason made good on her long-standing commitment to play at South Carolina by signing with the Gamecocks, while third baseman Olivia Turpin signed with Radford.

Gleason earned All-State and first-team All-Lowco honors after hitting .683 with two homers, three triples, and 36 stolen bases as a junior.

Turpin was an All-Region pick as a junior with a .439 batting average, 30 RBIs, and 10 stolen bases without being caught.
