Sophia Burnett shot 1-under-par 35 to earn medalist honors and lead Hilton Head Prep to a victory over Hilton Head Christian Academy in a SCISA region girls golf match Thursday at Berkeley Hall.
Burnett’s 1-under round headed up a strong showing for the Dolphins, who posted a team score of even-par 144. Mackenzie Gallagher and Camila Burnett each shot even-par 36, Maddie Frank rounded out the scoring with a 37, and Tessa Charest carded a 48.
Rebecca Hubbard shot 56 to lead the Eagles.
