Youth Baseball: O-Zone State Tourney Starts Saturday In Bluffton

Two Bluffton teams will compete for a state title on their own turf when the Dixie Youth Baseball O-Zone (11-12) State Tournament begins Saturday morning at Oscar Frazier Park in Bluffton.

Host team Bluffton American and District 8 champion Bluffton National are among the 12 teams competing for the state title and a spot in the Dixie World Series from Aug. 3-8.

Bluffton National opens at 9 a.m. Saturday against Union, while Bluffton American follows at 11:30 a.m. against Hartsville Northern. The double-elimination tournament continues through Thursday.
