HS Baseball: HHCA Holds Off Hurricanes To Snap Skid

Hilton Head Christian Academy snapped a three-game skid with a 7-5 road win over Coastal Homeschool on Monday. 

Reese Malon went 2-for-4 with a double and two RBIs, Jake Richardson was 1-for-3 with an RBI, and Jackson Lanier drove in a run for the Eagles. 

Max Lowrey was the winning pitcher, allowing five runs — two earned — on four hits with four strikeouts over five innings. Ben Eddy earned a save with two scoreless innings, allowing one hit. 

HHCA (3-3) hosts John Paul II for a region game Tuesday.
