HS Baseball: HHP Claims Another Lopsided Win

Hilton Head Prep’s baseball team notched its third consecutive run-rule victory to start the season, beating visiting Peachtree Academy 14-4 in five innings Saturday.

Gage Hurlbut went 3-for-4 with three runs, an RBI, and two stolen bases; Luke Foley was 2-for-3 with a double, a run, and two RBIs; and Connor McDonnell was 2-for-3 with a run and two RBIs to lead the Dolphins, who scored four runs in the first and eight in the second to build an insurmountable lead.

Tommy Stauffer earned the win, allowing on hit and striking out two over two scoreless innings.
