HS Soccer: HHCA Wins In Saverese’s Head Coaching Debut

Hilton Head Christian Academy’s boys gave new head coach Pete Savarese a victory in his debut, claiming a 4-3 road win at Calvary Day on Tuesday. 

Logan Harsta scored a goal in the first half, but the Eagles trailed 3-1 at intermission before shutting out the Crusaders in the second half. Josue Hurtado converted a pair of penalty kicks in the second half sandwiched around a JP Peduzzi goal to lift the Eagles to the win. 

HHCA (1-0-0) travels to Bluffton on Friday.
