Hilton Head Prep’s boys ran their winning streak to 20 games Monday, advancing to the championship game of the SCISA Region 1 Tournament with a 53-17 win over host John Paul II.
Avern Montaque had 13 points and six rebounds to lead the Dolphins, who ran out to a 32-8 halftime lead. Tyrone Calloway added 11 points for HHP.

The Dolphins (21-2) will face Bethesda Academy in the championship game at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday at JPII. The Blazers advanced with a 52-43 win over Hilton Head Christian Academy on Monday. Floyd Hargrove scored 12 points and JP Peduzzi had 11 for the Eagles.
