Bluffton’s girls returned from a two-week layoff for the holidays with a 47-31 home loss to Clover on Thursday.
Tatyana Aiken scored 12 points to lead the Bobcats, while Allayah Bryan added six, and Tacoya Heyward had five.
The Bobcats trailed 27-10 at halftime and pulled within 36-25 after three quarters, but they couldn’t close the gap. Bluffton didn’t have an answer for Aylesha Wade, who paced the Blue Eagles with 24 points.
Bluffton (3-6) hosts Oceanside Collegiate on Wednesday.
