Hilton Head Prep volleyball opened region play with a 3-0 (25-9, 25-16, 25-18) win over visiting John Paul II on Tuesday.
Ashley Wilmot collected 11 kills and 16 digs to lead the Dolphins, while Rachel Stratton added six kills, Haylee Hopman dished out 16 assists and served three aces, and Kaitlyn Adkins had 16 digs.
The Dolphins (7-5-2, 1-0) host Memorial Day for a non-region match Monday. JPII (3-6, 0-1) hosts Hilton Head Christian Academy for a region match Thursday.
