The Hilton Head All-Stars lost their opening game at the Dixie Youth Baseball O-Zone State Tournament on Saturday in Union.
Hilton Head lost 10-0 to Sumter, as Thomas Moore managed the only hit in the shutout. Steele Burd took the loss on the mound.
Hilton Head plays host Union in an elimination game at 4 p.m. Sunday.
