HS Baseball: Sharks Close Regular Season With Sweep Of Red Devils

May River wrapped up the regular season with a 7-5 win at Wade Hampton on Friday.

Josh Patterson and Jack Hegan hit home runs for the Sharks, and Josh Reddy added two hits and an RBI.

Kamryn Gleason pitched five strong innings for the win, allowing three runs (one earned) and two hits, and Logan Wake struck out three of the five batters he faced to nail down the save.

The Sharks (18-3, 11-1) will host the first round of the Class 3A playoffs on Tuesday.
