Hilton Head High’s girls rebounded from their first region loss of the season for a 3-0 win over visiting Grayson (Ga.) on Thursday.
Jamie Lavine made five saves to preserve the shutout for the Seahawks, who were able to break through on Hannah Stanhope’s goal early in the second half. Carson Schoeppe scored on a header a short time later, and Bailey Headlee got free in the box and found the right corner of the net to round out the scoring.
The Seahawks (12-3) host Glynn Academy at 5:30 p.m. Friday.
