Three pitchers combined on a one-hitter and Kamryn Gleason drove in three runs as May River baseball blanked Whale Branch 11-0 on Tuesday.
Nick Bass struck out four in three hitless innings, Van Phillips allowed one hit and struck out one in an inning of relief, and Luke Johnson struck out the side in the fifth for the Sharks.
Gleason was 2-for-3 with a double, three RBIs, and a run, Logan Wake was 2-for-2 with three runs and an RBI, and Cooper George and Tater Goodson each drove in runs for May River.
Jaheem Hazel had the only hit for the Warriors.
May River (11-3) begins a three-game region series against Ridgeland-Hardeeville with a home game at 7 p.m. Monday. Whale Branch plays at Phillip Simmons at 6 p.m. Wednesday.
