May River boys’ lacrosse ran its winning streak to seven games with an 11-2 road win over Evans (Ga.) on Thursday.
Jon Boan scored four goals and assisted on two more, Luke Boan had two goals and three assists, and CJ Wajszczuk added two goals to lead the Sharks’ attack. Braydon Sokolowski had a goal and two assists, Seth Eaton added a goal and an assist, Hudson Kramer scored a goal, and Jacob Dinnan added an assist.
Sean Morris saved 13 of Evans’ 15 shots on goal, and Harrison Rogers scooped 13 ground balls to lead the defensive effort.
The Sharks (8-2) host rival Bluffton at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday for their “Diaperpalooza” game. Fans are encouraged to bring any baby-related items such as diapers, formula, toys, or clothes, to donate to Bluffton Self Help.
