Hilton Head Prep’s boys cruised to their 14th consecutive victory Friday, beating rival Hilton Head Christian Academy 55-24 on the road.
The Dolphins led 18-7 after a defensive battle in the first half before heating up after the break. Avern Montaque led Prep with 19 points, while Haddith Stewart added 17 and Stone McDonald pulled down a team-high eight rebounds.
HHCA (6-15, 5-7) hosts Bethesda for a region game on Monday, while HHP (22-1, 13-0) travels to Memorial Day for a non-region contest Monday.
